Where can I check a certificate?+
Each product page shows its current certificate status. Available reports are linked to a lot number in the certificate library. A pending status means a verified certificate is not available; it is not a testing result.
What does “research use only” mean?+
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, and no therapeutic, diagnostic, or dosing claims are made. You must be 18 or older to order.
Where can I find shipping details?+
Review the shipping policy for destinations, processing and delivery terms. The current storefront free-shipping threshold is $200. Review the shipping charge in checkout before placing an order.
How do I compare product formats?+
Open a product page to review its listed size, format and available pack options. Select a pack to see its price before adding it to your cart. Product images do not replace the written specification.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Keep the packaging and photograph the damage. Follow the contact instructions and reporting deadlines in the returns policy, including your order number so the issue can be reviewed.
What does a pending COA mean?+
It means the product does not currently have a verified certificate available in this catalog. Do not interpret the status as evidence of identity, purity, potency or suitability for a particular research purpose.
